IT EXECUTIVE

Our hotel is looking for a proactive and skilled IT Executive to manage and maintain the daily IT infrastructure and operations. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth connectivity across all systems, promptly addressing hardware and software issues, and supporting essential hotel functions. This position requires hands-on involvement with CCTV and biometric systems, contributing to the overall efficiency and security of hotel operations. The role is based on-site, offering a dynamic work environment where technical expertise directly impacts guest experience and operational success.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and maintain the hotel’s IT infrastructure, ensuring all systems operate efficiently.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues promptly to minimize downtime.
- Manage and maintain CCTV and biometric systems, ensuring their proper functionality and security.
- Support daily hotel operations by providing timely IT assistance to various departments.
- Monitor network connectivity and address any disruptions to maintain seamless communication.
- Collaborate with vendors and service providers for maintenance and upgrades as needed.
- Maintain documentation related to IT systems, incidents, and resolutions.
- Ensure compliance with IT policies and security protocols to protect hotel data and systems.

Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in IT support or a similar role, preferably within the hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of network management, hardware troubleshooting, and software maintenance.
- Familiarity with CCTV and biometric system installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills to effectively support hotel staff and coordinate with external vendors.
- Basic understanding of IT security principles and best practices.
- Willingness to work on-site to provide immediate technical support as needed.
