We are seeking a skilled IT Support Technician with a minimum of two years of hands-on experience in hardware troubleshooting and technical support. The ideal candidate will be proficient in diagnosing and repairing desktop and laptop hardware issues, performing software installations, and managing network and peripheral devices. This role requires practical knowledge of IT equipment maintenance and the ability to resolve technical problems efficiently in an in-person work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform hardware troubleshooting and minor repairs on desktops and laptops, including the replacement of components such as RAM, HDD/SSD, power supplies, keyboards, mice, and cables.
- Install, format, configure, and troubleshoot Windows operating systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Install and troubleshoot printers, scanners, and other IT peripherals.
- Conduct LAN and network troubleshooting, including basic configuration and issue resolution for switches, routers, Wi-Fi, and IP settings.
- Diagnose and repair CCTV and surveillance system issues.
- Carry out preventive maintenance on IT equipment to minimize downtime and extend device lifespan.
- Provide support for various IT accessories and peripherals, ensuring all devices function correctly.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology (BS IT), Associate Degree Program (ADP), or Diploma of Associate Engineering (DAE) in Computer Science or IT.
- At least two years of relevant technical experience in hardware troubleshooting and IT support.
- Strong practical skills in repairing and maintaining computer hardware and peripherals.
- Proficiency in Windows OS installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Basic knowledge of network devices and configurations, including switches, routers, and wireless setups.
- Experience with CCTV and surveillance system troubleshooting is essential.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Candidates with additional certifications or training related to IT hardware and networking will be considered an advantage.
