IT Executive

Islam Engineering Pvt Ltd is seeking a skilled IT Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and troubleshooting network infrastructure, ERP systems, and various hardware and software components to ensure smooth IT operations. This role requires hands-on experience with server management, user access control, and maintenance of IT equipment. The position is full-time and based on-site at our facility.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and troubleshoot network administration issues to maintain stable connectivity.
- Oversee ERP server management, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Administer ERP user accounts, managing rights, access, and resolving endpoint issues.
- Install ERP software on user devices and configure settings as needed.
- Maintain Windows Servers (2012, 2016) and handle domain and Active Directory management.
- Control access to shared folders and manage permissions effectively.
- Perform regular backups of all servers to ensure data security.
- Manage CPanel and configure email settings across platforms such as Outlook, Microsoft, Android, and iOS.
- Troubleshoot and repair desktop PCs, laptops, and servers.
- Service and troubleshoot ZK Tech attendance machines.
- Conduct hardware and software maintenance, including installation and patching of all Windows operating systems and software.
- Repair printers, including toner refilling and parts replacement.
- Install and troubleshoot CCTV systems, including cabling and camera setup.
- Install and configure PABX exchange systems.
- Troubleshoot and assign new telephone lines.
- Repair computer peripherals such as keyboards and mice.

Required Qualifications

- Proven experience in network administration and troubleshooting.
- Strong knowledge of ERP server management and user access control.
- Proficiency with Windows Server environments (2012, 2016).
- Experience managing Active Directory and domain services.
- Ability to perform hardware repairs and software maintenance.
- Familiarity with email configuration across multiple platforms.
- Hands-on experience with CCTV installation and PABX systems.
- Ability to troubleshoot and repair attendance machines and printers.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits

- Candidates with prior experience in a similar role will be given preference.
- Preference will also be given to candidates residing near our factory locations in Shahdara, Begum Kot, and Kot Abdul Malik.
- Competitive salary range from Rs. 50,000 to Rs. 60,000 per month, commensurate with skills and experience.
- Full-time, in-person work arrangement at the company’s facility.
