IT Executive

Located at Hi-Street Gajumatta on Ferozpur Road, Lahore, this role seeks a proactive and technically proficient IT Executive to oversee and support the company’s IT infrastructure and daily technical operations. The successful candidate will possess solid knowledge of computer systems, software applications, and basic networking. They will be responsible for delivering timely IT support to users, ensuring smooth functionality across hardware, software, and network systems.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide daily IT support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, printers, and peripherals.
- Manage and support Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- Troubleshoot software, system, and connectivity problems promptly.
- Maintain and update company software, antivirus programs, and data backup systems.
- Administer user accounts, system access, and basic IT security controls.
- Coordinate with vendors for equipment repairs and software support services.
- Keep accurate records of IT inventory, licenses, and documentation.
- Ensure uninterrupted operation of internet, email, and internal systems.
- Assist with the implementation of new software and IT solutions as needed.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in IT, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in an IT Executive or IT Support role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Basic understanding of networking concepts such as LAN/WAN and IP addressing.
- Competence in hardware troubleshooting for devices like CPUs, printers, and scanners.
- Familiarity with antivirus software, data backup procedures, and system security measures.
- Basic experience with remote support tools.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and effective communication skills.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks efficiently.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
