The IT Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in the Lahore District. This position is responsible for supporting and maintaining the company’s IT infrastructure to ensure smooth daily operations. The IT Executive will monitor and manage network systems, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and provide timely technical support to internal users. The role also involves maintaining IT systems and applications, ensuring data security, performing regular backups, and documenting IT procedures. Collaboration with engineering and administrative teams is essential to keep systems efficient, while coordination with external vendors may be required to implement IT improvements aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage network infrastructure, including LAN/WAN configurations, routers, and switches.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues promptly to minimize downtime.
- Provide technical support and assistance to users, handling helpdesk tickets and incident resolution efficiently.
- Maintain IT systems and applications, ensuring data integrity and security through regular backups and updates.
- Document IT operations, procedures, and system configurations to support knowledge sharing and compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business processes and implement IT enhancements.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for procurement, maintenance, and troubleshooting of IT equipment.
- Ensure adherence to cybersecurity best practices and data protection policies within the organization.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills to effectively diagnose and resolve technical issues.
- Hands-on experience in technical support, including helpdesk ticket management and incident resolution.
- Knowledge of network administration, including configuration and maintenance of routers, switches, and network security fundamentals.
- Solid understanding of core IT concepts such as operating systems, databases, and business applications.
- Experience with IT operations including system monitoring, backups, asset management, and routine maintenance.
- Familiarity with cybersecurity principles and data protection best practices.
- Ability to communicate technical information clearly and work collaboratively with diverse teams.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of prioritizing tasks in a dynamic industrial environment.
