IT Executive

Benchmark BPO is seeking a motivated IT Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a foundational background in IT and a strong desire to learn and grow within a professional BPO environment. This role focuses on managing and monitoring dialer systems, troubleshooting technical issues, and supporting daily IT operations to ensure smooth functioning of our technology infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and monitor dialer systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to IT systems and networking.
- Provide day-to-day IT support to staff and assist in maintaining IT infrastructure.
- Collaborate with team members to identify and implement process improvements.
- Maintain documentation related to IT operations and support activities.

Required Qualifications:
- Educational or professional background in Information Technology.
- Basic understanding of networking, systems administration, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to communicate effectively.
- Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as needed.
- Ability to work full-time onsite during night shifts.
- Experience with dialer systems or within a BPO environment is advantageous but not mandatory.
