We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented IT Executive to join our team. As an IT Support Person, you will play a crucial role in supporting our IT department. Your primary goal will be to ensure smooth operations of our IT systems and infrastructure and offer timely solutions to enhance productivity.
Responsibilities:
- Install and configure computer hardware and Windows operating systems.
- Provide technical support for hardware and software issues, troubleshooting problems as needed.
- Support CCTV systems, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Assist with the setup and maintenance of IP phones and PBX systems.
- Provide server support, including installation, configuration, and maintenance tasks.
- Collaborate with other team members to resolve technical issues and ensure smooth operation of IT systems.
- Document support activities and maintain accurate records of hardware and software inventory.
- Provide training and guidance to end-users on the use of IT systems and equipment.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in installing and supporting computer hardware and Windows operating systems.
- Knowledge of CCTV systems, IP phones, PBX systems, and server support.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Customer-focused approach to providing technical support.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Certification or training in relevant IT disciplines is preferred.
