IT Intern

The company supports over 1,500 enterprise clients by delivering tailored solutions in digital transformation, emerging technologies, SAP enterprise solutions, outsourcing, and human capital. The IT Intern will assist the CIT team in maintaining internal systems and hardware while providing day-to-day technical support to ensure smooth operations within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide basic IT support for desktops, laptops, printers, and end users.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot software and hardware issues.
- Assist with system maintenance, including upgrades and inventory management.
- Escalate complex technical problems to the IT team as necessary.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a final-year student in a related field.
- Basic understanding of hardware components, networking fundamentals, and Windows operating systems.
- Strong communication skills coupled with effective problem-solving abilities.
- Demonstrated eagerness to learn and develop skills within IT support.
