IT Manager for Textile

We are seeking a skilled IT Manager to join our team at a leading organization located in the Korangi Industrial Area, Karachi. The ideal candidate will have between 5 to 8 years of experience in IT management, with a strong preference for those who have worked in the textile or garment industry. This role requires hands-on leadership and the ability to manage IT operations effectively within a dynamic industrial environment. The position is full-time and based on-site.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the daily IT operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning of all technology systems.
- Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and best practices aligned with organizational goals.
- Lead the IT team, providing guidance, training, and support to enhance their performance.
- Manage network infrastructure, hardware, software, and security systems to maintain optimal performance and data protection.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for procurement, maintenance, and troubleshooting of IT equipment and services.
- Plan and execute IT projects, including system upgrades, installations, and integrations, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
- Monitor IT budgets and control costs while ensuring the availability of necessary resources.
- Stay updated with the latest technology trends and recommend improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with relevant IT regulations and standards.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience of 5 to 8 years in IT management or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of network administration, system security, and IT infrastructure management.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and implement effective solutions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
