IT Manager

People Perfect is seeking an experienced IT Manager on behalf of a prominent financial services organization located in Islamabad. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing critical business applications, with a focus on Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Loan Origination Systems (LOS). This role involves overseeing IT operations, infrastructure, cybersecurity, technology projects, and driving process automation to support the organization’s strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and support ERP applications, especially the finance and procurement modules, to ensure seamless business operations.
- Oversee Loan Origination Systems (LOS), including customer onboarding, credit proposal management, approval workflows, and offer letter generation.
- Lead IT operations, infrastructure management, cybersecurity efforts, and coordinate technology-related projects.
- Collaborate effectively with internal departments, external vendors, and key stakeholders to ensure efficient IT service delivery.
- Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new applications, system enhancements, and technology initiatives.
- Support integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI), business process automation, and continuous improvement programs.
- Manage IT teams by providing technical guidance, coordinating training sessions, and preparing regular reports.
- Assist in IT procurement, budgeting, resource planning, and vendor management activities.
- Ensure high system availability, effective IT support, and timely resolution of technical issues.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related IT discipline.
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in IT operations, business application management, or similar roles.
- Strong functional and technical expertise in ERP systems, particularly finance and procurement modules.
- Practical knowledge of Loan Origination Systems (LOS) and associated business workflows.
- Working knowledge of SQL queries, database administration concepts, data validation, and reconciliation processes.
- Experience in managing IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and coordinating technology projects.
- Proven skills in team management, vendor coordination, communication, and problem-solving.
- Understanding of User Acceptance Testing (UAT), system implementation, and process automation.
