IT Manager

People Perfect is seeking an experienced IT Manager for a leading financial services organization based in Islamabad. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing critical business applications, including Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Loan Origination Systems (LOS). This role involves overseeing IT operations, infrastructure, cybersecurity, technology projects, and driving process automation to support the organization's strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and support ERP applications with a focus on finance and procurement modules, ensuring seamless business operations.
- Oversee Loan Origination Systems (LOS), handling customer onboarding, credit proposals, approval workflows, and offer letter processes.
- Lead IT operations, including infrastructure management, cybersecurity measures, and coordination of technology projects.
- Collaborate effectively with internal departments, external vendors, and key stakeholders to ensure efficient IT service delivery.
- Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new applications, system enhancements, and technology initiatives.
- Support the integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI), business process automation, and continuous improvement efforts.
- Manage IT teams by providing technical guidance, coordinating training, and overseeing reporting activities.
- Assist with IT procurement, budgeting, resource planning, and vendor management to optimize IT investments.
- Ensure consistent IT support, maintain system availability, and guarantee timely resolution of technical issues.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related IT discipline.
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in IT operations, business application management, or related fields.
- Strong functional and technical expertise in ERP systems, particularly finance and procurement modules.
- Practical knowledge of Loan Origination Systems (LOS) and their associated business workflows.
- Working knowledge of SQL queries, database administration concepts, data validation, and reconciliation processes.
- Experience in managing IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and coordinating technology projects.
- Proven skills in team management, vendor coordination, communication, and problem-solving.
- Understanding of User Acceptance Testing (UAT), system implementation, and process automation methodologies.
