IT Manager

We are seeking a skilled IT professional to manage and support our company’s network, servers, and overall IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and upgrading systems, ensuring smooth operations across multiple locations, and providing technical support to both head office and outlets. This role requires a proactive individual who can handle complex IT challenges, coordinate with various departments, and implement best practices to enhance system performance and security.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage, configure, maintain, and upgrade networks, servers, and IT infrastructure to ensure optimal performance.
- Administer LAN, WAN, VPN, VLAN, MikroTik routers, load balancing, auto-failover mechanisms, and CCTV systems.
- Oversee Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP for back-office operations and resolve POS and IT-related issues across all locations nationwide.
- Administer Windows Servers, Azure Active Directory, Google Workspace (G-Suite), DNS, and DHCP services.
- Maintain and support database systems including SQL, MySQL, and Oracle, ensuring reliable data backup and recovery processes.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for complex IT and inventory-related issues at both head office and retail outlets.
- Manage ZKTeco biometric attendance and access control systems to maintain security and attendance tracking.
- Implement IT security policies, conduct system upgrades, and enforce industry best practices to safeguard company data and infrastructure.
- Manage IT assets, handle procurement of hardware and equipment, and coordinate with vendors and the Finance Department for timely payments.
- Lead IT projects by identifying system improvements and ensuring their effective and timely implementation.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 5 to 7 years of relevant professional experience in IT infrastructure management and support.
- Strong knowledge of networking, server management, database administration, IT security, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent communication, analytical, decision-making, planning, and team management skills.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Hands-on experience with MikroTik routers, Microsoft Dynamics 365, and Windows Server administration is highly preferred.
- Experience managing network infrastructure and implementing IT security protocols will be advantageous.
- This position requires working on-site to effectively manage and support IT operations.
