Job Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with marketing and design teams to plan and develop site and app content, style and layout, create and publish engaging content
- Edit, proofread and improve writers’ posts/inapp and on social media platforms optimize content according to SEO
- Exhibit good research skills and excellent English spelling and grammar skills.
- Use content management systems to analyze website traffic and users engagement metrics
- Manage content distribution to online channels and social media platforms to increase web traffic, develop an editorial calendar and ensure content team is on board
- Has understanding of copyright and data protection, look for new styles, innovation to improve overall brand image and user engagement
- Should be expert in all things related to content and channel optimization, brand consistency, segmentation and localization, analytics and meaningful measurement.
- Develop content strategy aligned with short-term and long-term marketing targets
- Supervising writers, editors, content strategists; be an arbiter of best practices in grammar, messaging, writing, and style
- Conducting ongoing usability tests to gauge content effectiveness. Gathering data and handle analytics (or supervise those who do) and make recommendations based on those results.
- Should be able to develop standards, systems and best practices (both human and technological) for content creation, distribution, maintenance, content retrieval and content repurposing, including the real-time implementation of content strategies.
- Should be expert in developing and implementing effective search engine optimization (SEO) strategies for content team.
