IT Network & Support Intern

We are looking for an enthusiastic IT Support Intern who is eager to gain practical experience in networking and system support. This internship provides an excellent opportunity to develop hands-on skills in troubleshooting, IT infrastructure management, and working collaboratively within a fast-paced and dynamic team environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues across various platforms including Windows, MacOS, and Linux.
- Support the maintenance and monitoring of IT infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and security.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve technical problems and improve IT processes.
- Learn and apply fundamental networking concepts, protocols, and infrastructure management.
- Communicate effectively with the IT team and other departments to facilitate smooth operations.
- Demonstrate adaptability and eagerness to learn new technologies and tools in a dynamic environment.

Required Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of network concepts, protocols, and IT infrastructure.
- Familiarity with multiple operating systems including Windows, MacOS, and Linux.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues efficiently.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-changing IT environment.
