SAMA ENGINEERING is seeking a hands-on IT professional capable of independently managing and maintaining the company’s entire IT infrastructure and daily IT operations. The ideal candidate will be a versatile IT specialist who can personally troubleshoot, configure, and maintain IT systems without relying heavily on external support. This role requires a proactive individual who can ensure smooth and uninterrupted IT services across all departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete IT infrastructure and oversee daily IT operations.
- Maintain computers, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT equipment.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows operating systems, software, and hardware.
- Manage LAN, Wi-Fi networks, routers, switches, and overall network connectivity.
- Diagnose and resolve internet and network-related issues promptly.
- Administer user accounts, system access, and permissions.
- Maintain CCTV systems and basic security infrastructure.
- Manage data backups and ensure data security protocols are followed.
- Troubleshoot email systems and office communication tools.
- Oversee antivirus software, system updates, and basic cybersecurity measures.
- Maintain accurate IT inventory and hardware/software records.
- Coordinate with internet and IT vendors when necessary.
- Provide IT support to all employees and departments.
- Handle new system installations, upgrades, and configurations.
- Maintain detailed documentation of IT assets, systems, and configurations.
- Ensure continuous and efficient IT operations with minimal downtime.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in IT-related fields such as BS, BCS, BIT, or equivalent.
- 3 to 5+ years of practical experience in IT support and infrastructure management.
- Strong hands-on expertise in hardware, software, and networking components.
- Proficient in Windows OS and troubleshooting techniques.
- Experience managing LAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, and internet networks.
- Knowledge of CCTV systems and backup solutions.
- Basic understanding of cybersecurity principles and data protection.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently.
- Strong communication and coordination abilities.
- Immediate availability to join is preferred.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
The ideal candidate is an IT all-rounder who can confidently manage the company’s entire IT needs—from computer and network troubleshooting to software management, internet connectivity, CCTV maintenance, backup systems, security, and day-to-day employee IT support. This role offers a monthly salary ranging from Rs40,000 to Rs50,000 and requires working on-site to ensure hands-on management of all IT operations.
