The ideal candidate will play a critical role in ensuring smooth network operations, maintaining system reliability, and providing comprehensive technical support across various devices and platforms. This position requires hands-on experience in networking, hardware and software troubleshooting, and systems management to support the organization’s IT infrastructure effectively.

Key Responsibilities

- Configure, monitor, and maintain Wi-Fi routers, switches, and firewalls to ensure secure and efficient network connectivity.
- Manage LAN/WAN connections and optimize network performance to support business operations.
- Oversee public sharing networks while enforcing secure access protocols to protect sensitive data.
- Maintain and troubleshoot laptops, desktops, and peripheral devices to minimize downtime.
- Ensure timely system updates, data backups, and antivirus protection across all devices.
- Provide technical support and resolve hardware and software issues promptly.
- Handle email domain configurations, including DNS records and MX settings, to maintain smooth email operations.
- Troubleshoot email delivery problems and manage user accounts across multiple platforms.
- Monitor and maintain ERP servers to guarantee optimal uptime and performance.
- Troubleshoot and maintain CCTV systems, including DVRs/NVRs and IP cameras, ensuring continuous surveillance coverage.
- Ensure secure storage and easy accessibility of surveillance footage for security purposes.

Required Qualifications

Candidates should hold a degree or certification in a related field and have a minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in IT management or network administration. Proven expertise in managing network infrastructure and providing technical support is essential for success in this role.

Job Type and Compensation

This is a full-time position with a monthly salary range of Rs50,000 to Rs65,000. The role requires the candidate to work on-site to effectively manage and support the organization’s IT environment.
