In the IT Services role at Euzi Capital, you will be responsible for ensuring the stable operation and continuous improvement of the company’s IT infrastructure and internal systems. Your daily tasks will include supporting end users, handling support requests, troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, and connectivity issues, as well as maintaining hardware, software, and network components. You will assist in implementing and documenting IT service management processes, ensuring system security and availability, and collaborating closely with other teams to meet technical requirements effectively. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Islamabad, where your reliable IT support will significantly contribute to the efficiency of business processes and the quality of services provided to clients and partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and network systems.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for end users, addressing hardware, software, and connectivity issues promptly.
- Assist in the implementation and documentation of IT service management processes to enhance operational efficiency.
- Ensure the security, availability, and reliability of IT systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and fulfill technical requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of IT assets, support tickets, and system documentation.
Required Qualifications
- Solid knowledge of information technology fundamentals, including basic network, system, and application administration.
- Proven experience in technical support and troubleshooting, with the ability to analyze and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity problems systematically.
- Practical experience with IT service management, preferably familiar with frameworks such as ITIL, and skilled in using ticketing and documentation systems.
- Strong customer service and communication skills to support internal and external stakeholders clearly, patiently, and service-oriented.
- Completed relevant education or degree in IT-related fields (e.g., Computer Science, Information Systems).
- Good command of English, both written and spoken.
