We are seeking a dynamic and target-driven IT Technical Sourcer to join our Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate will focus on identifying and qualifying software engineering professionals interested in transitioning into Cloud, Data Science, and Data Engineering roles through a specialized training-to-consulting program. This role demands high-volume sourcing from platforms such as Indeed, LinkedIn, and various online tech communities, coupled with thorough candidate screening to maintain a robust and accurate applicant pipeline.

Key Responsibilities
High-Volume Sourcing: Source and qualify up to 100 candidate profiles daily using platforms like Indeed, LinkedIn, online forums, and tech communities.
Targeted Candidate Search: Identify candidates with backgrounds in software engineering, programming, or related IT fields (including Java, Python, SQL, .NET, QA, or support roles) who are interested in career shifts toward Cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP), Data Science, or Data Engineering.
Profile Qualification: Evaluate resumes and profiles to verify education, technical skills, experience, work authorization, location preferences, and willingness to participate in the training-to-consulting program.
Candidate Outreach: Craft personalized messages and conduct initial calls to introduce the training and consulting opportunity, assessing candidate interest effectively.
Initial Screening: Perform brief screening interviews to evaluate candidates’ technical foundation, communication skills, career aspirations, and commitment to training before passing them to recruiters.
ATS Data Management: Accurately input qualified candidate information into the Applicant Tracking System, ensuring detailed notes, tags, and status updates are maintained.
Pipeline Reporting: Monitor daily sourcing metrics such as number of profiles sourced, response rates, and conversion statistics, providing regular updates to the recruitment team.
Market Awareness: Keep abreast of current trends in Cloud and Data skill demands, certifications, and hiring practices to continuously improve sourcing strategies.

Required Qualifications
Experience: Minimum of 3 years as a Technical Sourcer, IT Recruiter, or Recruiting Coordinator, preferably within staffing, consulting, or training-and-placement environments.
Technical Literacy: Solid understanding of software engineering roles and technologies, with foundational knowledge of Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), Data Engineering tools (SQL, Spark, ETL, Snowflake), and Data Science concepts (Python, machine learning, analytics).
Sourcing Skills: Proficient in using Indeed Resume Search, LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean and X-ray search techniques, and sourcing from online forums and communities.
Volume & Speed: Demonstrated ability to meet daily sourcing targets of up to 100 qualified profiles while maintaining high accuracy and quality standards.
ATS Proficiency: Experience managing candidate data within Applicant Tracking Systems such as Ceipal, JobDiva, Bullhorn, or similar platforms.
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal English skills to engage candidates professionally and confidently.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with screening for work authorization and visa status is advantageous. Experience recruiting for IT training, bench sales, or consulting programs is preferred. Candidates who are self-motivated and thrive in a target-driven environment will excel in this role. Proficiency in advanced Boolean search techniques and use of AI tools for sourcing is a plus.
