IT Specialist

We are seeking a reliable and motivated IT Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily IT operations, providing technical support, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and assisting in maintaining and securing our computer systems. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to internal teams to resolve IT-related issues promptly.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software problems efficiently.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, networks, and printers.
- Perform regular maintenance and ensure timely updates of IT infrastructure.
- Assist with data backup procedures and implement security measures to protect company data.

Required Qualifications:
- Basic knowledge of IT systems, networking, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Degree or diploma in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
