AsappStudio is looking for a skilled IT Support Specialist to join our team full-time, working the night shift from 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM at our Lahore office. This role plays a vital part in maintaining and supporting our IT infrastructure, with a strong emphasis on networking and call center exchange systems. The successful candidate will have practical experience managing office networks and call center technologies, ensuring smooth and uninterrupted operations during night hours.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and troubleshoot office networking components such as LAN/WAN, internet connectivity, routers, and switches.
- Set up, configure, and manage call center exchange systems to support daily communication requirements.
- Continuously monitor system performance and promptly resolve technical issues to minimize downtime.
- Provide technical support to ensure seamless daily operations within the IT infrastructure.
- Ensure reliable functioning of all IT systems during night shift operations.
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience in IT support and network management with strong technical skills.
- In-depth knowledge of call center exchange systems, including dialer setup and VoIP technologies.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently during night shift hours.
- Strong problem-solving skills combined with effective communication to address technical challenges.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
