IT Support and Network Administrator

This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic IT environment based at the Main Shahra e Faisal location. The role requires managing and supporting various networking and IT systems during night shifts from 8 PM to 5 AM, Monday through Friday. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth connectivity, maintaining critical infrastructure, and providing technical support to end users.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage multiple Internet Service Providers (ISPs), including troubleshooting connectivity issues, configuring network settings, and handling technical escalations.
- Configure and maintain MikroTik and TP-Link routers, focusing on routing protocols, firewall rules, and internet failover mechanisms.
- Provide support for VICIdial, VoIP systems, SIP connectivity, and softphone applications.
- Oversee CCTV camera systems, including DVR/NVR management and user access controls.
- Maintain Microsoft Active Directory, Windows Server environments, and backup or secondary Active Directory Domain Services (AD DS) servers.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and operating system issues faced by end users.
- Keep IT infrastructure documentation up to date, including device configurations and backup records.

Required Qualifications

- Proven hands-on experience in networking and IT support roles.
- Working knowledge of MikroTik and TP-Link routers, VoIP technologies, and Windows operating environments.
- Familiarity with VICIdial call center software, Active Directory management, and CCTV/DVR systems.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills to resolve technical challenges efficiently.

- The role offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs 60,000 to Rs 80,000.
- This is an in-person position requiring physical presence at the designated work location.
