IT Support & Business Development Associate (MSP)

SupremeIT Experts, a startup Managed Service Provider (MSP), is seeking a motivated and technically skilled IT Support & Business Development Associate to join their remote team. This full-time role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to both the growth and technical foundation of the company. The position involves a blend of business development and IT support responsibilities, ideal for a professional with strong sales communication skills and a solid IT background. The working hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST, with an initial monthly salary of PKR 60,000 during a three-month probation period.

Key Responsibilities

Phase 1: Business Development & IT Support (Initial Growth Stage)
- Conduct professional cold calls to potential business clients.
- Generate leads through LinkedIn and other marketing channels.
- Communicate confidently and professionally in fluent English with prospective clients.
- Explain IT services, identify business needs, and schedule sales appointments.
- Maintain lead records, follow-ups, and update the CRM system regularly.
- Assist with IT troubleshooting, technical documentation, and support procedure preparation.

Phase 2: IT Support & MSP Operations (As Client Base Grows)
- Provide remote Level 1 and Level 2 IT help desk support.
- Troubleshoot issues related to Windows, Microsoft 365, email, hardware, software, and networking.
- Assist with user account administration, multi-factor authentication (MFA), endpoint security, and cybersecurity.
- Manage support tickets and document solutions effectively.
- Support remote monitoring, patching, and maintenance activities.
- Deliver professional IT support and maintain excellent customer service standards.

Required Qualifications
- Exceptional spoken and written English skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with business clients.
- At least one recognized IT certification such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, or a relevant Microsoft technical certification.
- Strong understanding of Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365, computer hardware, and basic networking concepts.
- Confidence in making outbound cold calls and engaging potential customers over the phone.
- Willingness to perform lead generation and cold calling, especially during the company’s initial growth phase.
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and customer service skills.
- Reliable internet connection and a professional calling environment suitable for remote work.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Previous experience in IT help desk, desktop support, or working with an MSP.
- Background in cold calling, appointment setting, or B2B sales.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, ticketing platforms, and remote IT support tools.
- Additional certifications in Microsoft, CompTIA, or networking are advantageous.
- Initial salary of PKR 60,000 per month with a paid probation period of three months.
