IT Support Engineer

We are a dynamic and growing company operating in both business services and creative advertising, currently seeking a motivated IT Support Executive to join our team. This role involves providing essential technical support to ensure the smooth operation of office systems, as well as assisting with basic design tasks to support marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will be proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where both IT troubleshooting and creative collaboration are valued.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide daily technical support for hardware, software, and office systems to ensure uninterrupted workflow.
- Diagnose and resolve common technical issues related to computers, printers, and network connectivity.
- Set up and configure new desktops, laptops, and user accounts efficiently.
- Perform regular system maintenance, including updates and backups, to maintain optimal performance.
- Monitor internet and network stability to prevent downtime.
- Assist with managing company email accounts and basic server-related tasks as needed.
- Conduct basic photo editing, resizing, and retouching using Adobe Photoshop to support marketing materials.
- Design simple marketing collateral such as banners, flyers, posters, and social media graphics.
- Work closely with the marketing team to meet visual design requirements and maintain brand consistency across digital platforms.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum education level of Intermediate (FA/FSc, High School Diploma, or equivalent).
- Basic understanding of IT systems, including troubleshooting and hardware/software setup.
- Practical experience with Adobe Photoshop at a basic to intermediate level.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Office applications.
- Strong problem-solving abilities coupled with a positive and helpful attitude.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
- Experience with local area networks and internet setup.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not mandatory.
- At least one year of experience working with CCTV systems is considered an advantage.
- This position is offered on a contract basis with a monthly salary ranging from Rs30,000 to Rs35,000.
- Candidates must be able to reliably commute or relocate to Karachi prior to starting employment.
- The role requires on-site presence, facilitating hands-on support and close collaboration with team members.
