IT Support Engineer

We are a dynamic and expanding company engaged in both business operations and creative advertising. We are seeking a dedicated IT Support Executive to join our team and provide reliable technical troubleshooting and support. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining office IT systems, assisting with hardware and software issues, and supporting basic design tasks to help meet the company’s marketing needs.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide daily technical support for systems, hardware, and software to ensure smooth office operations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve common issues related to computers, printers, and networking equipment.
- Set up and configure new desktops, laptops, and user accounts for employees.
- Perform regular maintenance on office systems, including software updates and data backups.
- Monitor internet and network connectivity to prevent downtime.
- Assist with managing company email accounts and perform basic server-related tasks.
- Support the marketing team by performing basic photo editing, resizing, and retouching using Adobe Photoshop.
- Create simple marketing materials such as banners, flyers, posters, and social media graphics.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to ensure visual design needs are met and maintain brand consistency across digital content.

Required Qualifications

- Minimum education level of Intermediate (FA/FSc or High School Diploma equivalent).
- Basic knowledge of IT systems, including troubleshooting and hardware/software setup.
- Hands-on experience with Adobe Photoshop at a basic to intermediate level.
- Good understanding of Microsoft Windows operating systems and Office applications.
- Strong problem-solving skills combined with a helpful and proactive attitude.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies as they emerge.
- Experience with local area networks and internet setup and maintenance.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits

- Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not mandatory.
- At least 1 year of experience working with CCTV systems is advantageous.
- This is a contract position offering a monthly salary range of Rs30,000 to Rs35,000.
- The role requires the candidate to work on-site in Karachi, with reliable commuting or relocation plans prior to starting employment.
