Saylani Welfare International Trust is seeking a skilled and motivated IT Support Engineer to manage and maintain network infrastructure across its educational campuses. The role involves hands-on experience with networking, troubleshooting, and IT infrastructure management. The candidate must be willing to travel to various campuses to support network deployments, maintenance, and provide technical assistance as needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain network devices such as routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points.
- Monitor network performance to ensure reliable connectivity and availability.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network connectivity issues promptly.
- Configure and maintain VLANs, DHCP, DNS, routing, and switching protocols.
- Implement network security measures and enforce access control policies.
- Maintain accurate network documentation, including topology diagrams and device configurations.
- Provide IT support for computer labs, classrooms, and administrative offices.
- Coordinate network expansions, infrastructure upgrades, and new deployments.
- Deliver technical support across multiple campuses.
- Travel to different cities as required for network installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a relevant diploma.
- CCNA certification is mandatory.
- 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in network support and infrastructure management.
- Strong understanding of Cisco networking technologies, including routing and switching, VLANs, DHCP, DNS, and wireless networks.
- Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.
- Willingness to travel to various locations as required.
