IT Executive – IT Operations Specialist
Location: Bahria Town, Lahore (On-site) – preference given to nearby residents

BIN BAKAR Electronics, a prominent retail electronics company with multiple branches across Lahore, is seeking a skilled IT Executive specializing in IT Operations. This role is crucial for managing and supporting daily IT functions at both the head office and branch locations. The successful candidate will ensure seamless IT infrastructure performance, including system administration, network management, technical support, and surveillance system oversight, contributing to the company’s operational efficiency and technological growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain CCTV and camera surveillance systems across all company locations.
- Oversee network administration tasks, including LAN/WAN management, routers, switches, and internet connectivity.
- Perform system administration duties such as installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software components.
- Handle website management by performing basic updates and coordinating with developers when necessary.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to staff for various systems and devices.
- Ensure smooth IT operations at the head office and all branches.
- Manage and support attendance and biometric systems effectively.
- Monitor system performance, enforce data security protocols, and manage regular backups.
- Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for IT-related services and support.
- Maintain accurate IT documentation and inventory records.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- Proven relevant experience in IT support and network administration.
- Hands-on expertise in IT operations and technical support environments.
- Strong knowledge of networking, troubleshooting, and system administration.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Ability to multitask and handle multiple IT issues simultaneously.
- Capacity to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- High attention to detail and a strong sense of responsibility.
