IT Support - Gaming Studio

Mizo Studio is seeking a dedicated IT Support Executive to join their team in Johar Town, Lahore. This full-time, onsite position operates Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. The ideal candidate will have over one year of experience in IT support or system administration and possess strong technical skills to manage and troubleshoot various IT systems and infrastructure within the company.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide daily IT support by troubleshooting hardware, software, and system issues to ensure smooth operations.
- Manage and maintain computers, laptops, printers, software, LAN, Wi-Fi, routers, and switches.
- Oversee and troubleshoot the pfSense Firewall to maintain network security and performance.
- Administer Domain Controller (DC), Additional Domain Controller (ADC), File Server, and Data Server environments.
- Handle user account management, permissions, system access, backups, and implement basic IT security measures.
- Monitor and resolve issues related to CCTV systems and overall office IT infrastructure.
- Maintain IT assets and coordinate with Internet Service Providers (ISPs) and vendors as needed.
- Provide technical support to developers for issues related to development systems and software.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year experience in IT Support, IT Administration, or System Administration roles.
- Degree or diploma in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, hardware/software troubleshooting, and networking fundamentals.
- Hands-on experience with pfSense firewall and server management.
- Familiarity with Active Directory, Domain Controllers (DC/ADC), File Servers, and Data Servers.
- Basic understanding of IT security protocols, backup procedures, and CCTV system management.
- Excellent troubleshooting abilities combined with strong communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Windows Server environments, network administration, IT infrastructure management, and familiarity with gaming or development systems will be considered an advantage.
