IT Support Help Desk

We are seeking a skilled professional with strong expertise in Network Video Recorder (NVR) systems and IP cameras to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in installing, configuring, and troubleshooting CCTV systems, along with providing technical support for both hardware and software issues. This role requires a proactive individual capable of resolving system, network, and application problems efficiently while maintaining IT equipment and systems. The position is based on-site and offers a competitive monthly salary.

Key Responsibilities

- Install, configure, and maintain NVR systems and IP cameras to ensure optimal performance of CCTV setups.
- Provide technical support to end-users, addressing hardware and software issues promptly.
- Troubleshoot system, network, and application-related problems to minimize downtime.
- Install, configure, and maintain various IT equipment and systems as required.
- Escalate complex technical issues to senior IT staff when necessary to ensure timely resolution.
- Work closely with team members to maintain system integrity and security.

Required Qualifications

- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with NVR systems and IP camera technologies.
- Proven experience in the installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of CCTV systems.
- Ability to provide effective technical support for hardware and software issues.
- Familiarity with troubleshooting system, network, and application problems.
- Experience in installing, configuring, and maintaining IT equipment and related systems.
- Working knowledge of Windows and iOS operating systems.
