Key Responsibilities
- Provide basic technical support to employees across the organization.
- Troubleshoot common issues related to computers, software, printers, and connectivity.
- Assist with the installation and setup of hardware and software components.
- Support user account management and handle basic system-related requests.
- Maintain accurate IT records and documentation.
- Escalate complex technical problems to senior IT staff when necessary.

Required Qualifications
