IT Support & Network Manager

We are seeking a skilled IT Support professional to join our team at a dynamic BPO and Software House. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive IT support and maintaining the company’s infrastructure. This includes troubleshooting technical issues, ensuring security protocols are followed, and assisting users with their IT-related needs. The position requires immediate availability and is based on-site, with a preference for candidates residing near Wapda Town or Johar Town.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day IT support to end-users, addressing hardware, software, and network issues promptly.
- Maintain and monitor IT infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and security.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems related to systems, applications, and network connectivity.
- Implement and enforce security measures to protect company data and IT assets.
- Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT equipment and software.
- Collaborate with other departments to understand and support their IT requirements.
- Document IT processes, issues, and resolutions to maintain knowledge base and improve service delivery.

Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience in IT support and infrastructure maintenance, preferably within a BPO or software development environment.
- Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and network systems.
- Knowledge of IT security best practices and the ability to implement them effectively.
- Ability to provide user assistance and technical guidance in a clear and professional manner.
- Immediate availability to join and work on-site.
- Residence near Wapda Town or Johar Town is highly preferred to ensure timely attendance and support.
