IT Systems & Security Administrator

Comtanix is looking for a skilled IT Systems & Security Administrator to join their team at the Bahria Town, Phase 8 location in Rawalpindi. This role involves managing the company’s IT infrastructure, Microsoft 365 environment, endpoint management, and cybersecurity operations across global offices. The position requires working onsite during night shifts from 7 PM to 4 AM, Monday through Friday, with some flexibility expected as shift schedules may change based on company needs. The monthly salary range for this role is PKR 120,000 to PKR 150,000.

Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and maintain Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
- Manage Microsoft Entra ID, including user accounts, permissions, Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and Conditional Access policies.
- Implement and oversee Microsoft Intune and Windows Autopilot for endpoint management.
- Monitor cybersecurity tools such as Huntress MDR and Microsoft Defender to ensure endpoint security.
- Investigate security alerts, manage vulnerabilities, and coordinate incident response activities.
- Oversee IT infrastructure components including networking, VPN, backups, and disaster recovery processes.
- Develop and enforce IT policies, security procedures, and compliance standards.
- Implement IT ticketing systems, asset management, and escalation procedures to streamline operations.
- Supervise helpdesk operations and provide technical guidance to support staff.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related discipline.
- 3 to 4 years of relevant experience in IT systems administration, infrastructure management, or cybersecurity.
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 administration.
- Practical knowledge of Microsoft Intune, Entra ID, and Azure environments.
- Familiarity with cybersecurity tools such as Huntress MDR and Microsoft Defender.
- Understanding of networking concepts including VPN, DNS, and DHCP.
- Experience with PowerShell scripting and IT automation techniques.
- Excellent troubleshooting abilities along with strong leadership and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications and Certifications:
- Microsoft certifications such as MD-102, SC-300, or SC-200.
- CompTIA Security+ or Network+ certifications.
- ITIL Foundation certification.
