IT Trainer

The Trainer will be responsible for delivering high-quality training programs at designated training centers located in districts including Kharan, Khuzdar (Wadh), Loralai, and Chaghi. This role involves facilitating learning sessions, ensuring adherence to approved curricula and schedules, and supporting trainees to successfully complete their courses. The Trainer will work closely with project management and center coordinators to maintain smooth operations, uphold training standards, and promote practical skills that prepare trainees for employment, freelancing, and entrepreneurship opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Training Delivery:
Deliver training sessions according to the approved curriculum, lesson plans, and timelines. Ensure the timely startup and smooth functioning of all training activities at the assigned center. Collaborate with the Project Manager, center coordinator, and management as needed. Attend regular review and coordination meetings to track progress and ensure 100% operational readiness of the training center. Achieve all training milestones within the approved schedule.

Attendance & Trainee Management:
Monitor and record daily trainee attendance. Track trainee progress, retention, and course completion rates. Address trainee queries and provide additional academic support when necessary. Maintain discipline and foster a productive learning environment. Resolve any issues that may impact training delivery.

Quality Assurance & Assessment:
Conduct regular assessments to evaluate trainee performance and provide constructive feedback. Implement corrective actions to improve learning outcomes. Ensure full compliance with project guidelines and training standards.

Hands-on Experience & Market Readiness:
Facilitate practical, project-based learning experiences that align with industry demands. Encourage trainees to engage in real-world assignments and develop entrepreneurial and freelancing skills. Ensure trainees acquire market-relevant competencies to enhance their employability.

Freelancing Enablement & Digital Income Generation:
Support trainees in creating and optimizing freelancing profiles on platforms such as Fiverr, Upwork, Freelancer, and People Per Hour. Provide training on proposal writing, client communication, gig development, and digital entrepreneurship. Conduct regular progress reviews to prepare trainees for independent competition in online marketplaces. Promote integration of freelancing skills with AI tools. Maximize the number of graduates linked to employment, freelancing, internships, entrepreneurship, or self-employment opportunities.

Center Care & Maintenance:
Perform regular inspections of the training center’s infrastructure, equipment, internet connectivity, and overall operational readiness. Identify maintenance needs and report issues promptly to management. Follow up to ensure timely resolution and submit inspection and maintenance reports as required.

Reporting & Documentation:
Prepare weekly, monthly, and final training reports. Maintain accurate project records, trainee databases, attendance logs, and progress documentation. Submit reports to the Project Manager or management on schedule. Coordinate with center support staff to ensure effective communication and teamwork. Uphold professionalism and promptly address trainee-related concerns.

Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs):
Adhere strictly to center security protocols, including never taking the center key offsite. Regularly check equipment to ensure everything is in proper working order.

Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in training delivery and facilitation.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage trainee progress and maintain discipline.
- Familiarity with freelancing platforms and digital entrepreneurship concepts.
- Competence in conducting assessments and quality assurance activities.
- Basic technical knowledge to oversee center infrastructure and equipment.
