IT & Web Operations Executive

EchoNet Services, operating under Media Rank Agency, is seeking a motivated individual to join our team in Gulberg III, Lahore. This full-time, on-site position offers a monthly salary ranging from PKR 40,000 to 50,000, with working hours from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM. Key Responsibilities
- Create and maintain business websites using WordPress and AI-powered tools.
- Manage domains, DNS settings, web hosting, SSL certificates, and business email configurations.
- Maintain and troubleshoot Google Sheets, including formula corrections and improving reporting workflows.
- Provide basic IT support and assist with Zoho CRM and other business applications.
- Track technical tasks, resolve routine issues, and coordinate effectively with relevant teams.

Required Qualifications
- 1 to 2 years of relevant experience is preferred; however, skilled fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Practical knowledge of WordPress, domain management, hosting services, and business email setup.
- Familiarity with Google Sheets and general IT troubleshooting techniques.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, effective communication skills, and good organizational habits.
- A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn new technologies and take ownership of assigned tasks.
