A leading Software company is looking for SQA Engineer who has experience in Software Testing having strong understanding of SDLC and QA life cycle using different tools and processes. Requires associate or bachelor's degree and some experience coding in C#. Familiar with Microsoft Platform and working knowledge of quality assurance methodologies. A certain degree of creativity, multitasking and attention to details is required.
The candidate must have the following skills:
1. Thorough understanding of Software Testing Process
2. Develop Test Plan, Use Case and other QA/Technical documents
3. Develop, published and implement Test Plans
4. Writes and maintain Test Automation
5. Defines and tracks quality assurance metrics such as defect densities and open defect counts
6. Perform Black Box, Stress and Performance Testing
7. Strong concepts of Process Model Designing and Process Re-engineering
8. Knowledge of Web Application development, HTML, Form validations
9. Knowledge of Usability Analysis and Usability Design Pattern
10. Knowledge of Functional Requirements & Change Management Process
11. Document, Test, Analyze and improve product performance during software development
12. Execute test cases to examine product functionality, content and user friendliness
13. Simulate product performance, evaluate results and compare those results with predicted outcomes
14. Ensure the resolution of Reported bugs
15. Work closely with development team
16. Work on process creation, implementation and User Acceptance Testing
17. Must be able to talk to customers on support, pre-sales and other issues
18. Liaising with customer & team to check the progress of projects
19. Must be able to handle multiple projects simultaneously
