Job Description


·         The works according to the principles of our store inventory system policies.

·         Has detailed knowledge of the item codes, store documents and reports.

·         Rotates stock in accordance with Assistant Inventory Manager Guidelines.

·         Inventory stock efficiently in all areas of the store ensuring the highest standard of care in the handling, storage and presentation of store inventory.

·         The records all wastage accurately.

·         Undertakes Security, Safety and Cleaning duties as required in all areas of the store as per SOP.

·         The record of all fixed asset, current assets and consumable inventory items, which includes moving, returning, issuing and available in-store with the guidance of the Main Store Coordinator plans, organizes and implement physical stock taking.

·         Using standard forms as per the policy, procedures and keeps up to date records of all lost, stolen and damaged items and report them.

·         Inventory record on Head Office defined store documents, record and maintains inventory accountability and control all on a monthly, fortnightly and weekly basis.

·         Assist to Asst. Store In-charge of his daily activities and operation.

·         Demand should be raised at the site on describe demand note documents.

·         Demand Note should be signed by the Store Coordinator and Project Manager before sending it to the head office.

·         Demand should be raised on Monday as per the working day in a week.

·         Oral, telephonic demand or without the signature of Project Manager and site Store Coordinator, the demand cannot be accepted by the purchase department at head office.

·         Make the list of scrape inventory for the every month and sorting, categorizing like empty cement bags, papers, card board boxes, wood shave, GI, MS, Steel, Aluminum, copper, plastic and wood be salvaged, converted into scrap and deliver to Main Store with Delivery Order and report to Senior Inventory Manager before 3rd date of month.

·         Make the repair list of store inventory with repair cost and repair the store inventory as per repair SOP and report to the Senior Inventory Manager on the 3rd date of every month.

·         Handle Petty Cash expenses at the site.

2.      Reporting structure:

·         You will be reporting to Senior Inventory Manager

The candidate will stay at the factory accommodation which will be provided by the company.
