Ittehad Textile Power Plant require services of First class boiler engineer for Gas Turbine Power Plant with cogeneration
Qualification & Experience
· B.Sc./DAE in Mechanical Engineering
· 1st Class Boiler Engineer certification
· At least 10-15 years of work experience in utility department including boiler, compressors, RO plants, pumps & steam fired absorption chillers etc.
· Experience in Gas Turbine with cogeneration or combine cycle power plant is mandatory
· Hand on experience on erection, commissioning & operation of steam boilers.
Responsibilities
Utility Manager will be head of the whole utility department including Heat Recovery Boiler, Coal fired boiler, Air Compressors, RO plants, Workshop, Steam pipelines, Steam utilization at machine end, Hot air duct furnace and Hot air distribution system. He will be responsible for smooth operation and maintenance of all utility systems.
Utility manager will be working above a competent team of engineers, foreman, welders, fitters & RO/Compressor operators. Utility manager will make sure his team carrying out operation & maintenance works on regularly and effectively.
Steam utilization system will be analyzed as a whole to make sure no energy is being wasted in process in terms of steam and hot air. Utility manager will work to increase the steam utilization system efficiency. Planning and execution of all works will be carried out under his supervision.
In case of Turbine shutdown he will be responsible to run the coal fired boiler which is a stand by source in our new project. He will supervise the steam generation, distribution and utilization process. He will supervise the process dept. regarding steam consumption and will work to make system efficient.
