The ideal candidate will possess excellent English speaking and writing skills, along with a passion for renewable energy.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer concerns and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Provide accurate information about products/services and assist with product selection.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
- Requirements:
- Strong command of the English language, both spoken and written.
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the renewable energy sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle challenging situations with empathy and professionalism.
