Izhar Monnoo Developers Pvt Ltd is seeking an experienced Architect with a Bachelor Degree in Architecture and a minimum of five years of real estate experience. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in architectural design, with advanced knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, and Building Information Modeling software. This role requires creativity and precision in creating detailed architectural plans and 3D visualizations to support the development of residential and commercial projects. The Architect will lead a small team of two professionals, guiding their work to ensure accuracy and alignment with project goals. The Architect will be responsible for managing the conceptualization, design, and documentation phases of projects while collaborating closely with other departments and stakeholders. They will utilize their skills in BIM 360 and Lumion to deliver efficient project workflows and visually compelling presentations. This position demands a professional who is detail-oriented, able to problem-solve design challenges, and capable of overseeing the execution of architectural work from inception through completion while mentoring their team members.
Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of two architecture professionals, ensuring high-quality deliverables and efficient workflow.
Develop architectural designs and drawings using AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM software to meet project requirements and client expectations.
Produce detailed architectural documentation including plans, elevations, sections, and construction details to support construction projects.
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and construction teams to integrate architectural work with structural and MEP systems.
Prepare 3D models and visualizations using Lumion and other 3D visualization tools for client presentations and approvals.
Apply Building Information Modeling (BIM) techniques to improve accuracy, coordination, and data management throughout project lifecycles.
Ensure designs adhere to all relevant building codes, regulations, and sustainability standards.
Conduct site visits to assess project progress and ensure compliance with design specifications and quality standards.
Review and approve work produced by team members, providing technical guidance and mentorship where necessary.
Coordinate with real estate stakeholders to align architectural solutions with market trends and client needs.
Monitor project schedules and budgets, proposing adjustments as needed to maintain timelines and cost efficiency.
Stay informed about emerging industry trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously improve design processes.
