Izhar Monnoo Developers Pvt Ltd is seeking an experienced Draftsman with a strong foundation in civil drafting and design. The ideal candidate possesses at least 12 years of experience and holds a DAE in Civil or a Civil Draftsman Diploma. This role involves the creation of detailed technical drawings and plans that are essential for construction and real estate development projects. The Draftsman will work closely with engineers and project managers to ensure accuracy and compliance with industry standards. Managing a small team of two persons, the candidate will provide guidance, support, and oversight to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality drawings. The Draftsman must demonstrate proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other computer-aided design software, adhering to ISO drafting standards and best practices. The role demands a thorough understanding of structural detailing, 2D drafting, and civil drafting techniques used in real estate development. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining drafting standards, updating design documentation, and ensuring all deliverables meet project specifications, contributing to the overall success of the development projects undertaken by Izhar Monnoo Developers Pvt Ltd.
Responsibilities

Produce precise and detailed 2D and 3D technical drawings using AutoCAD and Revit software according to project specifications.
Prepare structural and architectural detailing drawings compliant with ISO drafting standards and company policies.
Collaborate with civil engineers, architects, and project managers to interpret design concepts and technical requirements.
Maintain and update drafting documentation to reflect any changes in project scope or design adjustments promptly.
Ensure all drawings meet industry standards, safety regulations, and quality benchmarks relevant to real estate projects.
Lead and supervise a team of two drafting personnel, providing training, support, and performance feedback.
Review and verify team members drawings to ensure accuracy, completeness, and adherence to drafting standards.
Implement and enforce company drafting standards and procedures within the team to maintain consistency across projects.
Coordinate with the procurement and construction teams to facilitate the smooth transition from design to implementation.
Use technical knowledge and experience to identify potential design problems and propose practical solutions.
Manage project timelines and deliverables related to drafting tasks, ensuring timely completion within set deadlines.
Stay updated on the latest drafting software, tools, and industry trends to continuously improve drafting efficiency and quality.
