  3. Use persuasive sales techniques to convert leads into sales, meeting or exceeding individual and team sales targets.
  4. Follow established sales scripts and processes to provide consistent and high-quality customer experiences.
  5. Collaborate with team members and sales supervisors to identify opportunities, share best practices, and contribute to overall team success.
  6. Stay knowledgeable about the features, benefits, and competitive advantages of our products or services to effectively communicate value propositions to customers.
  7. Proactively identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities to maximize sales revenue and enhance customer satisfaction.
  8. Handle customer objections or concerns with professionalism, empathy, and a focus on problem-solving.
  9. Continuously update and enhance product knowledge through training sessions, self-study, and staying informed about industry trends.

Requirements:

  1. Proven experience as a successful Sales Executive, preferably in a Call Center environment.
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to interact with clients and internal stakeholders.
  3. Demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  4. Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools to manage leads, opportunities, and sales activities.
  5. Resilience and adaptability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  6. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
