We are looking for Account & Finance Officer to our office, Candidate must have prior USAID experience.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Candidate will be responsible for the following Tasks:
· Support the project in compiling and developing project work-plans, project budgets and expenditure reports; budget revisions as per work plan revisions.
· Maintain and update financial reports, project correspondence, and donor reporting.
· Preparation of requests for payments.
· Preparing and submission of on demand financial reports to project management and component leads.
· Follow up with USAID finance team for queries, observations, and timely payment processing.
· Ensure integrity of financial and administrative procedures as per Project policies and procedures
