• Responsible for effective and fast recruitment processes both internally and externally (internal recruitment meaning assessment of employees).
  • Maintain efficient and healthy system at all times and design various recruitment strategies and maintain pool of candidates at all times.
  • Prepare JDs for newly created positions in consultation with concern Head of Departments
  • Preparing job advertisement and placing them on relevant sources.
  • Screening and Short-listing candidates.
  • Conduct initial interviews by of the short-listed candidates and forward the finalized candidate to the concern departmental head.
  • Arrange final level interview of the candidates
  • Placing offer to selected candidates and conducting a background / reference check.
  • Prepare Job offer letters and send the welcome note to the hired candidate.
  • Prepare employee personal file and make sure all the relevant and required documents are submitted before the joining
  • Conducting employee orientation and facilitating newcomers joining formalities 
  • Maintaining and regularly updating master database (personal file, personal database, etc.) of each employee 
  • Contributing in employees’ engagement activities
  • Establish and maintain positive working relationships with employees; serve as a resource for all HR related inquiries.
  • Assist in finalizing and / or processing monthly payroll
