- Maintain a record of all corrections and revisions to documentation
- Collaborate and confer with stakeholders to document subject material and technical specifications
- Coordination with CTO for requirement gathering and understanding of project scope from stakeholders, communication which includes
A. Scope discussion
B. Project flow discussion
- Have the experience to write SOW and FSD Documents
- Knowledge to write Technical Specification Document (TSD) -- Maintain and ensure that technical documentation is up to date by the developer at any time as the project progress.
- Develop comprehensive documentation that meets organizational standards
- Obtain a deep understanding of products and services to translate complex product information into simple, polished, and engaging content
- Write user-friendly content that meets the needs of the target audience, turning insights language that sets our users up for success
- Develop and maintain detailed databases of appropriate reference materials, including research, usability tests, and design specifications
- Evaluate current content and develop innovatively approaches for improvement
Job Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related technical field
- 1-2 Years of Experience in related filed.
- Excellent writing and communication skills.
- Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and make them easily understandable in text and visuals.
- Ability to deliver high-quality documentation with attention to detail.
- Self-Starter - ability to execute and implement change
- Goal-Oriented naturally motivated to reach goals
