Branch Manager / Supervisor

Jalal Sons is seeking a dedicated and experienced Branch Manager / Supervisor to lead and oversee operations within our bakery and grocery department store. This role demands a leader who can effectively manage a team of 30 staff members, ensuring smooth daily operations, excellent customer service, and robust sales performance. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining high standards of regulatory compliance, fostering a positive work environment, and implementing efficient strategies to meet business objectives. Strong communication skills, the ability to multitask, and sound problem-solving abilities are essential to succeed in this role. The Branch Manager / Supervisor will act as the primary contact for team leadership and customer relationship management, driving sales strategy and performance management. This role requires someone with at least five years of relevant experience, who can handle conflict resolution professionally while motivating their team to deliver outstanding results. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing customer satisfaction and operational excellence at Jalal Sons.
Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of 30 employees, promoting a collaborative and productive work environment.
Develop, implement, and monitor sales strategies to achieve branch targets and improve profitability.
Maintain excellent customer relationships by addressing concerns promptly and ensuring high service standards.
Oversee daily operations of the bakery and grocery departments to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies and regulations.
Conduct regular performance reviews, provide training, and support employee development and motivation.
Resolve conflicts within the team and with customers using effective communication and problem-solving techniques.
Ensure adherence to regulatory and safety standards within the branch.
Manage inventory control, ordering processes, and supplier relationships to ensure stock availability and quality.
Prepare and analyze branch reports on sales, expenses, and customer feedback to identify improvement areas.
Coordinate with senior management to align branch goals with company objectives and implement new initiatives.
Handle administrative tasks, including budgeting, payroll, and staff scheduling.
