RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • To monitor access and improve process capabilities in the plant.
  • Responsible for the internal activity of the plant.
  • Ensure hygiene and sanitation maintenance in the plant.
  • Ensure calibration protection and working of all Plant equipment.
  • Ensure that proper sanitation and hygiene are maintained at the entire plant.
  • Check of quality standards and specifications for inspection and selection of different raw materials, in-process products quality control checks, and finished products quality evaluation criteria.
  • Responsible for evaluation of vendor monitoring.
  • To rectify any problem in the production process.
  • Ensure incoming Raw materials as per standard specifications.
  • Analyzed flour and incoming raw material from the third party. 
  • Ensure finished product is delivered as per standard.
  • Monitor traceability record of the product.
  • R&D (research and development) suppliers in new product development.
  • Ensure food quality and food policy on plants.
  • Ensure working at the plant as per SOPs:
  • Drawing up of Production Schedule; Monitor day-to-day operations to ensure quality products are produced for our customers.
  • Monitoring the Production Processes and adjusting schedules as needed. Assure the meeting of quality expectations by maintaining and managing controls and continual personal inspection of production and process.
  • Supervising and motivating a team of workers. Seek ways to improve the process and quality while reducing costs.
  • Track Resource needs. Tracks projects and resources to ensure on-time delivery. Follow all company policies and procedures as well as Good Production Practices.
  • Manage the Production and Packaging processes through personal interaction and communicate clear expectations to all subordinates.
  • Monitor sanitation’s performance to ensure quality, safe products are produced within our facility.
  • Takes full responsibility for ensuring that all products produced under his supervision are wholesome, healthy, free from contaminations (food poisoning), and safe.
  • Reviews customer specifications to ensure quality programs are designed and implemented to adhere to these requirements.
  • To get the work done, to allow key employees to take initiative, and to keep things going in your absence. Treat all co-workers with fairness, dignity, and respect.
  • Schedule and run weekly production meetings, to track progress and coordinate efforts.
  • Report in advance to maintenance any issues of equipment that is not working properly.
  • Establish and maintains an effective working relationship with co-workers, customers, and suppliers.
  • Managing and guiding the production assistants, training and meeting frequently, setting periodic objectives, and inspiring their personal growth and development.
  • Other duties assigned by the management.
