3+ Years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in the manufacturing or packaging industry.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable functions, including invoicing, collections and vendor payments, general ledger entries, and bank reconciliations.
- Reconcile ledgers for accounts receivable and accounts payable, ensuring accuracy and completeness of transactions.
- Prepare and analyze aging reports for accounts receivable and accounts payable, identifying and resolving discrepancies promptly.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, and report to the Directors.
- Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and ethical standards
- Preparing monthly GST and social compliances including EOBI and SESSI and Monthly stock counts.
