- Devise production operational plans based on the marketing and sales plan.
- Supervise the manufacturing process for each of the “Polyethylene – PVC” production departments.
- Participate in drawing production policies, processes , programs, and production plan as well as ensure due implementation.
- Determine amount of necessary resources (Workforce, Raw Material etc.)
- Supervise and evaluate performance of production personnel (Quality inspectors, workers etc.)
- Approve maintenance work, purchasing of equipment etc.
- Supervising the level of production efficiency and working on developing and improving it continuously, using the reports of the quality control department.
- Ensure compliance to quality assurance system (ISO) and the consequent implementation of all the forms and procedures for this job, as well as preparing the required reports.
- Establish statistics and reports on production management, costs and performance periodically (Daily-Monthly-Annually) as well as proactively.
