Jan Estate is looking for fresh graduates for Real Estate marketing and sales for it's branch located at Al-Noor Orchard Housing Scheme Main Sharaqpur Road Lahore.
Job is salary plus target and commission-based.
- Ensure daily attendance of Team
- Conduct Morning & Evening sessions with the team to meet daily targets
- Keep in touch with the team while duty timings to know the actual day progress.
- Build a strong relationship with customers in the decided territory.
- Plan routes/visits of each Sales Representative to meet individual targets in an effective & efficient way.
- Create strong harmony among the team with a motivational and strong attitude.
- Keep in touch with the Line Manager regarding the daily achievements of the team and self.
- Reporting to line manager on sales results (Daily)
- working on leads on a daily basis
- should be proficient in telesales as well
