We are seeking an Immigration Paralegal Intern to assist with my caseload, particularly in H1B visas and PERM labor certifications. This internship offers a unique, intern-level opportunity for individuals eager to gain hands-on experience in US immigration law. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation and filing of immigration petitions and applications, focusing on H1B visas and PERM labor certifications.
- Gather and organize documentation and evidence required for case preparation.
- Communicate with clients to collect information and keep them informed about their case status.
- Conduct research on immigration laws, regulations, and procedures.
- Prepare immigration forms using client data, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal standards.
- Draft letters and other correspondence to clients, government agencies, and other relevant parties.
- Prepare and submit filings to government agencies, tracking submissions and following up as necessary.
- Monitor case progress and manage deadlines to ensure timely actions.
- Participate in initial and ongoing training sessions, demonstrating a commitment to professional growth and expertise in immigration law.
- Collaborate to improve case management processes and client service.
- Reference materials will be provided to assist with these above tasks.
