• Proven track record of handling mall operations / maintenance, Safety & Security, and Facilities Management preferably in shopping mall industry / Real Estate companies.
  • Arrange Marketing companies / dealers and coordinate with them to increase the occupancy of the Building / Malls
  •  Solid verifiable work experience in a Mall / corporate buildings, Public Safety or Law Enforcement environment
  • Having strong communication skills. Ability to successfully interact at all levels of the organization, including with clients / traders, while functioning as a team player.
  • Providing support to the Head of Operations in design and coordinate the work activities regarding the mall operations.
  • To coordinate with Recovery Department about the recovery of shops, counters, offices, appartments rent and service charges on monthly basis.
  • Providing and analyzing information relating to project and evaluating results.
  •  Qualitative and quantitative measurement to determine time, costs, resources, or materials needed to perform a work activity.
  •  Planning and implementing promotional campaigns and co-ordinate marketing campaigns with sales activities.
  • Experiment with a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels – event management, publicity, social media and performance analysis.
  • Investigate complaints, disturbances and violations and resolve problems following management rules and regulations.
  • Provide and maintain the highest level of customer service in a high volume retail environment through personal actions and development of the staff.
  •  Ensure the functionality of equipment and physical plant with maintenance department on a monthly basis using the maintenance checklist.
  •  Plan to minimize the monthly cost incurred on the mall operations in consultation with Head of Operations and Finance Department.
  • To look after all the Customer Services Desk for the purpose of customer’s complaints and their urgent action / solution.
  • To keep and maintain all rental record of shops, counters, offices and apartments up to date.
  • Under the Head of operations ensure all requirements of mall are fulfilled as per policy.
